Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to agree to these Terms.
Subscription terms
MFENX plans are billed monthly via our Merchant of Record. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use MFENX for unlawful activity, harassment, fraud, or to send deceptive or abusive communications.
Disclaimers
MFENX provides deterministic forecasts and schedules based on inputs you provide. MFENX does not provide legal, financial, or investment advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MFENX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
