Local tools are available now. Managed subscriptions and Private activation open after the account and payment service is commissioned. No payment is collected on this page. Automatic overages are off; a quota limit does not invalidate existing receipts.
What is being purchased
Team and Business allowances apply to the managed service. Offline verification does not consume an allowance. Local tools remain separate from organization access, governance and retention.
Private deployment uses a time-bounded offline license. Disconnected receipt checks do not contact a billing service. OEM distribution is separately licensed according to the integration and redistribution scope.

Before activation
The checkout will state the term, applicable taxes, included controls, renewal and cancellation conditions. Additional usage requires an explicit rate and opt-in. No card is needed to evaluate the local workflow.
