MFENX Gate free verification permission, version 1

Verification is free. mfenx LLC grants permission to use and copy this version
of the MFENX Gate receipt-verification functionality, including in commercial
organizations and disconnected environments, without an account, subscription,
per-verification fee or expiration. Unmodified verification software may be
redistributed with this notice and the applicable third-party notices intact.

This permission covers browser/receipt.js and the Python verify_receipt API,
the mfenx-gate verify command, and supporting code needed for those operations.
Installing the containing package to access those operations is permitted.

Local development and evaluation are also permitted without charge. Individuals
and organizations may install and run the original Gate SDK locally to create
test keys, inspect checkpoints, evaluate models, test integrations and issue
non-production test receipts. Test receipts must not be represented as a paid
MFENX production service, a production deployment authorization or an MFENX
endorsement. This permission has no subscription or account requirement.

Production or commercial receipt issuance, organizational governance,
hosted-control-plane operation and OEM issuance products require a separate
agreement with mfenx LLC. Free verification remains permitted in production
and commercial organizations. These distinctions do not alter licenses or
rights for separately supplied third-party engines.

Verification checks the stated cryptographic and schema conditions. It does
not warrant that an issuer is honest, a model is safe, the host is trustworthy,
or an evaluation establishes behavior beyond its recorded scope. No warranty,
service-level commitment or regulatory certification is supplied by this free
permission. Applicable rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain intact.

MFENX names and marks may identify the source of an unmodified verifier; this
permission does not authorize claims of MFENX endorsement of another product.
