Except for the verification and development/evaluation permissions in
VERIFIER-TERMS.txt, rights to use,
copy, distribute, modify, sublicense or deploy the original MFENX Gate software
must be granted by a separate agreement with mfenx LLC. Access to a copy alone
does not grant commercial issuance, organizational governance or OEM rights.

This notice covers only original MFENX Gate software. It does not replace,
restrict or modify licenses for CKODMK or any other third-party component.
Third-party software remains governed by its own license and notices.

No product warranty, service-level commitment, indemnity, certification or
regulatory approval is provided by this notice. Any purchased support or
service commitments must be stated in the applicable written agreement.
Nothing here limits rights that applicable law does not permit to be limited.
